There is a lot more activity than usual at the Jericho eagle nest site at this time of year, including hunting and feeding. One of them must always be incubating the eggs, so the other can't go far away for very long.
In this video one of the eagle mates is in a low tree right above the beach, giving us a lovely shot from the top of one of the picnic tables. We also managed to capture some good moments with the eagle mates calling to each other.
